How can I change my order?
As long as the item has not been processed and dispatched you can change or cancel your order. Please contact email@example.com or call us on 0800 2346455 as soon as possible so that we can rectify your order.
Has my item been dispatched?
As soon as your item has been dispatched, we will send an e-mail over to you. All our parcels are tracked, therefore you can track the progress of the delivery.
What can I do if there is a problem with my order?

How long will you keep my shopping basket?
Your shopping basket exists as long as you keep the browser window open, once you close your browser your basket will be emptied
Does Shuzee store my debit or credit card details?
No, your debit or credit card details are only known to Paypal or Worldpay, we are informed once the payment has been processed.
